By creating an account or using QR Geni (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You may not use QR codes created with the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, illegal content, or to deceive scanners. We may disable any QR code or account that violates this policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Dynamic QR codes rely on our redirect service. If your subscription lapses or a code is deleted, the associated short link may stop resolving. We are not liable for printed materials that reference inactive codes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Geni is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
